We selectively co-build software products with aligned partners. You bring the idea, the domain insight, and the ambition. We bring AI-native execution, product strategy, and commercial discipline.

Partnership model

How partnerships work

TriNeuron Labs may explore product partnerships with selected individuals, operators, founders, or businesses.

Every partnership is evaluated individually. We do not accept every project and we do not guarantee selection, build, launch, or commercial outcomes.

No partnership is formed unless both parties sign a separate written agreement.

A partner may bring

  • A validated market problem
  • Domain expertise or industry insight
  • Distribution access or niche market knowledge
  • Seed capital or commercial backing
  • An original software idea with product potential
Engagement structures

How a partnership can be structured

01

Paid discovery & scoping

We start with a structured discovery phase to validate the idea, define the product, and agree on direction before committing to a full build.

02

Product design & MVP build

We design, prototype, and develop a market-ready MVP through structured execution milestones.

03

Staged development agreements

Larger builds are structured in stages with clear deliverables, milestones, and review points.

04

Revenue-share arrangements

Where appropriate, we co-invest execution and share in the recurring revenue the product generates.

05

Hybrid build-plus-upside

Custom commercial structures that combine build fees, equity, or revenue participation depending on the opportunity.
