You must use the Site in compliance with applicable law. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Site is provided for general informational, branding, and business inquiry purposes. Content on the Site does not constitute legal advice, investment advice, accounting advice, or a guaranteed offer of services or partnership.

Submitting a form, idea, inquiry, pitch, concept, or proposal to TriNeuron Labs does not create:

• a business partnership;
• a fiduciary relationship;
• an agency relationship;
• a joint venture;
• an investment commitment;
• an obligation to review, respond, develop, fund, or commercialize your idea.

TriNeuron Labs may accept, reject, ignore, or discontinue discussions about any inquiry at its sole discretion.

Unless we have separately signed a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or another written confidentiality agreement, you should not send confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or trade-secret information through the Site or initial contact channels.

Unsolicited submissions may be reviewed without any obligation of confidentiality.

Any product build, consulting relationship, development engagement, venture collaboration, revenue-share arrangement, licensing arrangement, maintenance agreement, or commercialization relationship will exist only if the parties execute a separate written agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a later signed written agreement, the signed written agreement controls for that specific relationship.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its contents, including text, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, visuals, copy, design elements, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to TriNeuron Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit Site materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, comments, ideas, improvements, or recommendations regarding the Site, services, workflows, or product concepts, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
• submit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent material;
• impersonate any person or organization;
• misuse our contact channels.

The Site may contain or rely on third-party platforms, tools, payment processors, analytics systems, forms, hosting providers, or linked services. We are not responsible for third-party content, systems, availability, or policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TriNeuron Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the Site or these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriNeuron Labs and its founder(s), operators, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. TriNeuron Labs is an independent brand currently in development and will update this section upon formal incorporation.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Further dispute resolution terms will be specified upon formal incorporation and registration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
